  14. I think most "new" modems display NEITHER the DCE NOR the DTE rate.
  15. With some modems, register S95 controls the information to be
  16. displayed when the modem makes a connection.  It's the total value of
  17. one or more values that represent different messages.  Check out your
  18. user manual for further explanation.  I hope this helps.  Good luck...
